How To Ask a Question??

Unlike many of our competitors we will provide an anonymous inquirer any information thay ask for. Once you get a quote from us you will see we are giving you the best deal available.  Since you have found us on the Web I am going to assume you have e-mail capability. If you don't there are options available.

For Benefit Amount questions please provide the following:

Your Month & Year of Birth (both D.O.B.'s if married & applying jointly)

Your Properties Zip Code

The approximate Fair market value of your property.

Balance of any mortgages or creditlines on the property.

If you just have general questions put them in an e-mail and I will answer each and every one to the best of my ability. You can also call or fax if you prefer.

E-mail this information to: ken@ampy.com or ken@alaskareversemortgage.com

If you don't have e-mail fax the information to me at my toll free fax: 800-811-2701. Please provide a fax number I can use in returning the quote. Evening and weekends you can call toll free 800-811-2738, just ask for Ken. I get up at 5:30 AM and usually retire about 10:00 PM. Yes, you can call on Sunday or Holidays. Leave a message if no one answers. We always answer if we are home.

No fax and no e-mail? Call me toll free at 800-481-9999 ext 118 or 907-561-2278 ext 118. Give me the information and I will prepare an answer or a quote for you. Usually within an hour but sometimes a little longer. We wil not capture your phone number. You can provide it voluntarily or you will have to call back for the information unless I can provide it on the spot.

My staff and I hope to be of service.
